    As a Walkers Technician, you'll play a key part in keeping our customers on the road safely and confidently. Your role will involve:

    Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs to a high standard

    Summary

    We are seeking a self motivated Senior Engineer to join our small but dynamic team, must be Trend specialist, ideally with good knowledge of Tridium AX/IQvision. The role offers the opportunity to be involved at a high level, covering system design, installation and commissioning. It would be wide ranging and also cover assistance to our service contracted clients. This role is pivotal in driving our mission to deliver cutting-edge automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and sustainability. There is an opportunity for a future equity holding for the right candidate.
    Responsibilities

    Design and implement advanced building management systems.
    Programming and commissioning BMS systems.
    Collaborate with our multi-functional teams to ensure seamless setting to work of our installations.
    Develop and maintain system documentation and schematics.
    Utilize programming skills to enhance system functionalities.
    Oversee project timelines and deliverables ensuring quality standards are met.
    Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and clients.
    Assist with serving our contracted clients.
    Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
    Qualifications
    Trend engineer with minimum 5 years experience.
    Ideally well versed in engineering and modifying AX/IQvision.
    Proven experience with building management systems.
    Strong skills in root cause analysis and system design.
    Proficiency in Word, Excel, AutoCAD.
    Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    Ability to work alone and collaboratively within a team environment.
    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

    What we are looking for

    HGV experience - at least three years of industry experience specific to HGVs
    Ideally Level 3 in City & Guilds or IMI Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Qualified, or equivalent experience
    Computer literate: comfortable using smart devices to log and upload documentation

    The working hours for this position are formed of two shift patterns (6:00am to 14:00pm and 12:00 to 20.00pm), which rotate weekly. It's Monday to Friday, with overtime available on Saturday mornings paid at time and half.

    This is a rich and varied role, inclusive of engine rebuilds, maintenance and services, and signing vehicles off as roadworthy. You also need to log your work, digitally, on the job, as you do it.

    About the role:

    As a Multi-Trader, you'll carry out a wide range of repairs in homes that have been affected by fire or water damage. You'll be the face of Trinity Claims, working with care and professionalism to restore comfort and safety to our customers. No two days are the same - you'll be using your skills across multiple trades while delivering outstanding customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Completing repairs including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, plastering, tiling, and decorating.
    Working in people's homes in a clean, respectful, and efficient manner.
    Sourcing materials from stores to complete jobs, ideally in a single visit.
    Using your judgement to find practical solutions and flag additional issues when needed.
    Recording job details, materials used, and work completed via PDA or paperwork.
    Working with team members across the Trinity Claims Team, including supervisors and customer experience staff.
