    Menzies Distribution Solutions are looking for a HGV/LGV Class 1 Driver with Tanker experience to join our team, providing a first class service in Stratford-upon-Avon. You'll be undertaking the delivery & collection of product on behalf of Menzies Distribution Solutions Limited.

    We Do Not Require You To Have An ADR Licence And Have Various Shifts Available Please Just Ask

    HGV Class 1 Driver Duties:

    General driving duties, observing current legal and best practice delivering and collection to/from our customer's premises or other MDS locations.
    Use of electronic POD and up to date technology (full training provided)
    Assisting with loading and unloading
    Tramping is required
    Weekend and Bank Holiday work may be required

    HGV Class 1 Driver Requirements:

    A full UK C+E licence
    12 months previous class 1 driving experience preferred
    Previous bulk Tanker tipping experience using pump and/or compressor (desirable - Full training will be provided)
    No more than 6 points on your licence
    No previous disqualifications
    Good knowledge of drivers hours and WTD regulations

    What you'll be doing?

    Paid media management - Launch, optimise and scale paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, AWIN, ensuring sales growth and positive ROI

    Performance analysis & optimisation - Take ownership of marketing spend to drive performance against key metrics, ensuring spend is apportioned and optimised to key categories.

    Testing and optimisation - Run tests to scale up spends efficiently across core channels

    Budgeting and forecasting - Take ownership of budget allocation across channels and effectively communicate to necessary owners of the budget and P&L

    Feed management - Oversee and optimise the product feed, ensuring effective promotion of offers, enhancing copy, and continuously iterating to improve click-through rates.

    Who are we looking for?
