    About the Role\n
    ‘Getting Stuck In’ is one of our key values, and we’re looking for new Team Members who love doing just that!

    \nInstead of working in one department, we’re looking for new Team Members to work across different teams on resort to support our guests and provide them with a fantastic experience during their stay with Butlin’s.

    As a Team Member Plus, you will work on Mondays and Fridays cleaning our guest accommodation covering all things bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges and kitchen areas aligned to our Clean and Fault Free program.

    For the remainder of your contract hours you'll be working as a Front of House Team Member in our brand new Chopstix quick service restaurant.

    You will greet guests, take and process orders accurately into the computer database whilst handling payments and providing information on menu items, allergens and up sell products.

    Ensuring cleanliness of all areas. Also to follow all health and safety/food hygiene guidance and regulations. Whether it’s maintaining the high standards or keeping the restaurant well-stocked and spotless, you’ll bring energy and enthusiasm to every shift. 

    Previous experience in a guest facing role would be advantageous but isn't essential as we will give you all the necessary training to excel.

    This roles is perfect for those who love working with people in a fast-paced setting.

    About You
    We’re looking for high spirited and fun-loving multi-taskers who love learning new things and working with a like-minded group of people.

    Previous experience is preferred however, not necessary as we will give you all the training you need. We are much more interested in your attitude, mindset and a passion for making a difference to our guests.

    \nNo day will ever be the same and you will enjoy the variety of working with lots of different team members and guests.\n
    Flexibility is key, this role will be working to a rota of 5 out of 7 days.
    These will include afternoons, evenings and working till early hours of the morning (we are open until 4am on our adult Big Weekenders). 
    Availability on a Monday and a Friday is essential to be considered for this role.\n

     What you will be doing...  Assisting the Head Chef in providing the highest standard of cooking and service in all areas.  Cooking to spec, adhering to all menu specification and portion control, and recording wastage. Taking deliveries, storing food items, and completing temperature checks.  Parkdean Resorts is committed to Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
