The Role This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of expert marketers who prioritise collaboration, innovation, personal growth, and a supportive team culture. You\\\'ll support marketing campaigns to promote accreditations, conferences, learning courses, premium memberships, and member renewal initiatives. Collaborating with colleagues across the Accreditations, Engagement, Events, and Learning & Development teams, you\\\'ll gain insights into our audiences and products. While you don\\\'t need hands-on experience in data analysis, you should be comfortable using data to inform decisions, understand its role in shaping marketing strategy, and apply insights to create targeted, effective campaigns across multiple channels. As part of this role, you will also contribute to our telemarketing activities, working closely with our telemarketing team to align campaign messaging, track engagement, and optimise follow-up strategies to maximise conversions. You\\\'ll help to ensure that marketing and telemarketing efforts are integrated, ensuring a seamless customer journey and data-driven decision-making. This is a new role, and whilst there are core elements that need to be delivered, there are opportunities to shape this role based on your skills and interests. What we\\\'re looking for Ability to work flexibly across different areas of work and tasks within agreed deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to proofread. Comfortable working with numbers, tracking simple trends, or using reports to guide decisions. High level of attention to detail. Experience with the Microsoft Office package (or equivalent), including the ability to work with spreadsheets, documents, slides, and emails.
