We’re working in partnership with Nucleus Financial to find a Project Co-ordinator to join the Adviser Business Readiness Team at Nucleus Financial on a 12-month FTC.The salary for this role is up to £38,000. In this role, you will manage key aspects of the day-to-day operations of platform implementation workstreams, ensuring the successful delivery of our re-platforming project on time and to the highest standards. You will oversee project tasks, monitor performance, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements in platform delivery. Your primary focus will be supporting the Platform Implementation Project Manager in managing multiple project workstreams within the External Business Readiness area of the re-platforming initiative. This involves planning, executing, and coordinating various tasks to ensure the new platform is successfully implemented within set deadlines.
In this role, you'll: Manage and lead workstreams and people within the Adviser Business Readiness (ABR) team for the External Business Readiness workstream of the new Platform project. Support or lead assigned project workstreams within ABR. Build and maintain strong relationships with the ABR Project Manager. Manage change, driving continuous improvement in processes, systems, and team performance. Coach and influence staff to deliver high-quality project support, ensuring regular status reporting and outputs. Oversee resource planning, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Provide weekly status updates to the Project Manager and Management.
