    As a Data Scientist Intern, you'll be part of our rapidly growing team.     What You'll Do
    At BCG, we believe that many of the attributes and skills that have allowed you to succeed at Teach First are essential to consulting. Like teachers, management consultants must be good with people, intellectually curious, creative and have strong leadership skills.
    This 4 week internship, open only to Teach First trainees or ambassadors will equip you with core business skills through dedicated training modules and your own BCG buddy to support you. You will be assigned to a project where you will be given ownership and responsibility for your module. The module will likely consist of research and data analysis, client interviews and meetings etc.
    Like our full-time staff, you’ll work alongside some of the world’s top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society. Consulting work is varied and rigorous and projects can vary in length, size, and location, depending on the client’s challenge. You’ll collaborate on projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you in the future, be that at BCG or beyond.
    This internship has been designed specifically for Teach First trainees or ambassadors and the schedule will be developed to ensure you have a community of Teach First peers for support.

    What You'll Do This role focuses on designing, implementing, and tracking cloud security enhancements with a specialization in Secrets Management across multi-cloud and SaaS environments.     What You'll Do The purpose of this newly created role in the LAB Operations Team is to create a 'great place to work' for our London employees and visiting clients to our office. The London office is a flagship office in our LAB (London, Amsterdam, Brussels) system, being the largest office, and the focus needs to be on creating and maintaining a 'hub' and thriving center, not only for our London-based employees but also for visiting employees from Amsterdam and Brussels; a destination place to work. The Facilities & Operations Senior Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery and optimization of a portfolio of best-in-class services and facilities at the local level, that cater for local requirements, and ensure parity with other LAB offices, creating a high-quality experience for the system as whole and encouraging inter-LAB mobility. They will work closely both with the Office Leader for London and local HR & Operations leadership, to support the delivery of their local goals for the office environment, and employee experience, and the LAB Operations Senior Director and the rest of the LAB Operations Leadership Team, to deliver LAB-wide projects and improvements for the benefit of all offices. Your responsibilities will include: Leadership of the day-to-day Operations for our London office Lead and execute the delivery of all local services and facilities, including Reception, Catering, Cleaning, M&E, Logistics Oversee in-house teams, all London vendor contracts and on-site vendor teams, day-to-day, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are adhered to and the highest levels of service delivery, coaching where required to improve performance Continuously look to improve the local office environment, local services and facilities, and employee / visiting client experiences - work in partnership with the Director, Operational Excellence on local/LAB-wide operational improvements.     What You'll Do We are seeking an experienced Implementation Lead (Manager) to join our newly formed Centre of Excellence (CoE) for electronic health records (EHR). This role will involve close collaboration with the BCG strategic leadership team, primarily focusing on optimization efforts within core pathways and the development of transformative models of care.     What You'll Bring We’re looking for exceptional talent to join the team. You will typically have: 5-7 Years Epic Experience: Significant experience (5-7 years) in Epic Implementation Services team, ideally at the Coordinator or Manager level, with leadership in at least three prior implementations.  System Integration Insight: Previous experience within a system integrator role, providing consultancy services. Fungibility: to work outside of the Epic domain when needed. Project Management and NHS Knowledge: Strong project management skills, with demonstrable experience in NHS healthcare systems.
