    Contract - 6 Months

    Pay 13 an hour - weekly pay

    Monday to Friday 37.5 hrs

    Full time in the office.

    Day to Day:

    • Act as the first point of contact for L&D-related queries, resolving or escalating as appropriate.
    • Maintain and update a range of records systems or databases to ensure records are accurate, complete and current.
    • Manage the full process of booking external training courses, including liaising with suppliers, confirming attendance and ensuring accurate records.
    • Handle associated payment processes, including raising purchase orders and tracking invoices through Ariba whilst ensuring compliance with procurement and finance policies.
    • Develop and maintain curated playlists of learning content within the LMS.
    • Use Cornerstone to manage learning work flows and reporting
    • Draft and distribute promotional communications to raise awareness of learning opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal communications teams to align messaging and branding.

    What you need to have:

    • Excellent IT skills and an interest in using technology to improve work efficiency.
    • Previous experience within a HR team with a strong interest in L&D and employee development.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
    • A resilient approach and the ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment is key
    • Ability to independently plan and manage own workloads

    We are currently looking for a manufacturing & general operative to work for our client based in Larkfield.

    Your main role will be manufacturing picture frames this means using tools and machinery such as nail guns or cutting machinery is preferred but not essential. You may also be doing some order picking and packing and there will be some manual handling involved. Previous experience of working with industrial tools and machinery in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.

    Start: ASAP

    You will be working Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:00pm & on Friday 8:00am - 5:pm (hours maybe subject to change).

    Pay rate of 12.21 an hour. Breaks are also paid.

    Own transport is preferred but not essential as it is easy accessible by public transport links.

    You must have safety boots and a Hi Vis vest.

    This is a temp role lasting approx 4-6 weeks work but will be reviewed weekly, as will depend on suitability to the role, work load.

    With our client getting increasingly busy, they are looking for 1 assembly worker to join their assembly team, where you will be making and assembling parts using basic machinery for the plumbing & drainage sector - This role has quite demanding productivity targets and you need an eye for detail to avoid errors.

    Previous production/assembly experience preferred but not essential.

    The role requires you to stand for the majority of the shift and receive a half hour break (unpaid).

    You will be working Monday to Thursday, 7am- 5.30pm - paid at a rate of 12.21 per hour

    Own transport is preferred but not essential as near train station.
