The supervisor will collaborate closely with the Production Manager to plan and organize manufacturing operations, forecast work, and schedule production activities, while aligning team efforts with the company's production needs.Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing people activity such as holiday bookings, and ensuring that the team adheres to the production schedule.
