    3+ years' experience in a high-performance, motorsport, or specialist workshop.
    NVQ Level 3 (Level 4+ preferred).
    Experience with VW Group, BMW, or Mercedes-Benz vehicles (preferred).
    Motorsport or high-performance background (desirable).
    Full UK driving licence.
