    Job Description

    This role can be based in either of the following: Our London office at 2 Eastbourne Terrace, London or at our Fulfillment Center Zooplus & DIRKS Consumer Logistics Limited, Carbon 207, Coventry CV3 4FJ, United KingdomIn order to be able to supply our customers across Europe quickly and follow our quality standards, our European distribution centers / Fulfillment Centers (FCs) are an integral part of the Zooplus network.In this function, the manager understands the FC as a holistic process that begins with inbound shipments management and ends with deliveries meeting the satisfaction of the customer at their doorstep. With the on-site team at multiple outsourced FCs, the daily tasks and challenges include ensuring the highest customer service, quality, punctuality, efficiency and cost optimization enabled by collaboration with our service partners. A constantly high level of process stability and transparency on production, together with a continuous improvement mind-set, is key for success.The FC manager is the communication link and facilitator between Zooplus and the service provider.Manage relationships and act as a liaison between the logistics service provider and ZooplusMonitoring and managing supplier performance, KPIs and supplier reports and leading corrective actionsConducting weekly business reviews and GEMBA walks, including the follow-up of identified issuesAnalyzing service levels and costDrive Continuous improvement of warehouse processes in collaboration with the logistics service providersSupport and lead projects related to operations linked to continuous improvement and customer satisfactionClose cooperation with headquarter and cross-functional teams across EuropeDrive Zooplus quality expectations and standards together with our external Logistics-Service-ProviderControlling and improving material flow processes proactively and reacting in a timely manner for issue resolutionResponsible for inventory levels of consumables, optimizing usage and monitoring delivery timelinessDirect reporting to the Regional Manager Fulfillment OperationsHelp to drive the strategic development of the Fulfillment TeamCollaborate with the service provider and the Engineering team to investigate further capacity increase projectsContributing to monthly and quarterly business reviewsEnd-to-end responsibility as Subject-Matter Expert for FC network-related processes:develop process standards and implement them, request and support design metrics, KPIs, tools and dashboards;train other FC managers on the processes andlead processes related to regular metrics reviews and benchmarking with all FC managersSupporting FC launches Taking over the responsibility for more than one FC
    Qualifications

    Several working years and strong experience in 3rd party logistics on provider and/or customer side (e-commerce/ B2C preferred) or experience leading as site leader of a warehouseProfound methodological competence in the areas of process and material flow analysis respectively, intralogisticsLean Management / Six Sigma experienceExperience in leading medium complex to complex role related projectsSound understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes and technical requirementsFirst people management skill

You don’t just manage channels — you drive them forward through compelling ideas and audience-first content that resonates, performs, and evolves with trends. Key Responsibilities Creative Concepting & Content Strategy within Social Media TeamDevelop (data-backed) content concepts and social-first creative ideas for social media channels, first and foremost Instagram and TikTok, followed by Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Translate brand, campaign, and product stories into platform-appropriate content. Create original designs, compelling copy, and thumb-stopping headlines that reflect the brand voice and engage our audience. Content Creation & Production Create briefings for all kinds of content formats, from static info graphics over animated assets to short-form video formats Actively support the creation of both static and motion assets with comprehensive design and copywriting skills Work closely with video editors, designers, and copywriters to bring ideas to life in an engaging and brand-consistent way. Contribute to the creation of master content and adapt assets for multi-channel use that serve as the foundation for local market adaptation. Work closely with the Social Media Team Lead and other regional Social Media Managers to ensure consistent implementation and execution across our European social media presence. Collaboration & Insights Integration Collaborate with the customer insights team and other departments to transform relevant data and trends into actionable content ideas Bring a data-driven mindset to creative work, continuously iterating and improving based on performance and audience feedback Collaborate closely with the Art Director, design team, and video team to shape impactful campaigns Act as a creative enabler: support and guide others across teams in developing content concepts, managing the creative conception process, and elevating the quality of ideas and execution 
    Qualifications

    A strong creative sense paired with an eye for design and storytelling, especially in a fast-paced, social-first environment The ability to write compelling, brand-consistent copy and create simple, visually appealing designs when needed Proficiency in common design and motion tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Canva, or similar platforms as well as social media platforms (e.g. Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) and (first) experience in using multi-social posting programs (e.g. Sprinklr or similar)  Confidence in working cross-functionally with creatives, analysts, and marketers A love for pets and a passion for creating content that adds value to pet parents' lives would be a plusBonus: Experience using AI tools for ideation, concept development, and content creation is a strong plus

    The role will be based in Munich, Krakow, or London. Therefore, relocation is required and supported by us.We are looking for a Category Manager to oversee our product categories in the Danish online shop. The role focuses on driving topline growth and improving bottom-line performance through category steering, campaign and promotion planning, pricing, and onsite optimization.  Key Responsibilities:  Strategy and Sales Steering:   Contribute to the development of category strategies and translate them into actionable plans. Collaborate with central teams (vendor management, marketing, CRM, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of strategies. Analyze input and output KPIs at category, sub-category, and product level; derive insights to inform decision-making and actions aligned with business goals. Actively manage and grow sales of our portfolio, with a strong focus on own brands, driving acquisition, migration, and retention initiatives. Pricing:  Monitor pricing dynamics of key products and bestsellers. Recommend local price adjustments in alignment with the central pricing team Campaigns and Promotions:  Develop and execute campaign and promotion plans in close collaboration with central teams.  Ensure accurate campaign setup in collaboration with central teams, including marketing support, banner creation and landing page setup. Monitor campaign performance, track cost vs. budget, and optimize promotional impact. Shelf Management:  Ensure optimal presentation of campaigns and products across the online store. Provide input on e.g. search optimization, up-selling, cross-selling, and product recommendation features. Work closely with shop operations on banner management, shelf arrangement, and content optimization. 
    Qualifications

    Relevant experience in FMCG and e-commerce, ideally within the pet sector. Native-level Danish and strong proficiency in English. Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen. Broad understanding of core business functions and how they interconnect. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with proven ability to influence stakeholders. Deep knowledge of local customer needs and market dynamics. Hands-on, results-oriented, and proactive approach.
