This role will manage: Accounts Payable incl. invoice to pay, travel & expenses, continuous improvement (AP KPIs, end users training & compliance) plus driving controls and balance sheet hygiene for all AP related accounting events;Lead a global AP Team, helping the teams to growth and maintain the proper balance between acting as a AP controls & processes safe guardian and Business Partner focusing on AP related C-SAT. Performance assessment, coaching, training and development of the team members to improve individual and overall team productivity;Ensuring that systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company policies while functioning with accuracy and timeliness. Identifying continuous process improvement opportunities to ensure that systems and processes are best-in-class and operate effectively. Managing key projects such as business integrations, system implementations, audit preparations;Building strong positive relationships with key internal business partners and suppliers.
