Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join our Body Shop team in Hinckley . This role requires a skilled professional with MET experience , capable of carrying out high-quality vehicle body repairs to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and repair damaged vehicle panels to a high standard
• Remove and refit mechanical, electrical, and trim (MET) components as part of the repair process
• Use specialist tools and equipment to carry out repairs efficiently
• Work to deadlines while maintaining excellent workmanship
• Follow health & safety regulations and workshop procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Panel Beater in a Body Shop environment
MET experience is essential
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence preferred
