You will live within your regional area of work in Wigan & Warrington and ideally be based within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington to attend meetings and training courses when needed.What will I be responsible for doing? As a member of our reactive maintenance and repairs team, you will carry out roofing maintenance on both major and minor construction works, for a number of empty homes and tenanted properties owned by Your Housing Group.
