As an RLS Assistant your role will include essential administration tasks, but this is also a customer facing role providing opportunities to make a real difference to our customers’ lives.What will my working week look like? You will be based onsite at Willowmere, situated in Middlewich.Your work hours will be 35 per week, on a 2 week rota, working every other Saturday – 10am – 2pmWhat will I be responsible for doing?As part of the Willowmere team, in addition to admin tasks you will provide support and signposting to our customers and support the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the Scheme, promoting a friendly, vibrant community enabling customers at Hazelmere to live independently.One of the wonderful things about this role is the variety, no two days will be the same! Customer support is key to this role - you will be the face of the organisation, and often the first person dealing face to face with customers and external partners.
