Surveyor - Damp, Mould 49,466 Hours: 37 Overview: This is a full-time surveying and project management role focused on delivering damp, mould and condensation works across social housing stock. You will be responsible for managing cases from initial inspection through to completion, including diagnosis, specification writing, contractor management and customer liaison. The role involves working closely with residents, leaseholders and internal teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard. You will manage your own portfolio of cases, including complex and high-risk HHSRS-related works, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with compliance and quality standards.
