Understand customers' musical goals and recommend products that best suit their requirements and budget. Consistently achieve and exceed individual and departmental sales targets. Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent after-sales support and follow-up communication. Manage enquiries via telephone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems and ensure sales documentation is completed correctly. Present the showroom to the highest standards, ensuring instruments are clean, well displayed, and demonstration-ready. Support in-store events, workshops, concerts, and promotional activities. Keep up to date with Yamaha products, industry developments, and competitor offerings. Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.
