If interested, please see the details below: Overview of role: As Lead Quality Engineer, you’ll lead testing efforts within an Agile team, ensuring the quality of data pipelines and ETL processes. You’ll define test strategies, mentor a high-performing team, and collaborate with stakeholders to align testing with business goals. Responsibilities include hands-on data validation, test automation, performance testing, and continuous improvement of frameworks. Nice to have / not essential: Experience building and maintaining test harnesses using tools like dbt (Data Build Tool) for automating data validation across ETL processes and ensuring test integration with CI/CD pipelines.
