About the role: We are looking for a Programmatic Account Executive to support our growing EMEA client base. This role is well suited to someone early in their programmatic or ad tech career who is eager to develop strong client servicing, campaign management, and platform expertise. You will work closely with senior account managers and internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and clients are supported effectively.
This is a hands on, learning focused role that offers exposure to client communication, campaign execution, and programmatic platforms, with clear opportunities for growth.Responsibilities:Support day to day account management for EMEA clients, including media agencies, advertisers, and platform partners, under the guidance of senior team membersHelp manage campaign setup, delivery monitoring, and basic optimisation, escalating issues and recommendations as appropriateProvide first line support for client questions and technical issues via the internal ticketing system, collaborating with Product and Engineering when neededReview campaign briefs and assist in recommending targeting strategies and building standard segmentsMonitor campaign performance and delivery, flagging risks, underdelivery, or optimisation opportunities to senior account managersPrepare regular reports, performance summaries, and insights to support client check ins and reviewsMaintain accurate account documentation, notes, and internal trackersSupport senior team members in client meetings, QBRs, and internal planning sessionsStay up to date on programmatic trends, Xperi products, and contextual targeting best practicesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive client experience and smooth campaign executionRequirements:1 to 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Campaign Operations, or a similar role within Ad Tech, Digital Media, or Programmatic AdvertisingBasic understanding of programmatic advertising concepts, including DSPs, SSPs, and digital campaign workflowsSome hands on experience supporting campaign setup, monitoring, or reporting is preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging with clients via email and callsDetail oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAnalytical mindset with an interest in campaign performance and data driven decision makingEagerness to learn technical platforms and grow expertise in programmatic and contextual advertisingCollaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitudeLife @ Xperi: At Xperi, we value People, Customers, Performance and Innovation.
