    Job Profile The International EVP of Marketing is responsible for creating, capturing and converting demand for VistaJet and XO in all markets outside of the Americas.

    Reporting to the Global Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead a global, multi-channel marketing organization, and own the end-to-end international demand engine. Your focus is to drive pipeline growth, accelerate conversion, increase customer lifetime value, and support sustained revenue growth across the Vista group.

    Success in this role depends on your ability to lead through others.. It will be critical for you to cultivate relationships and share your knowledge and insights with the marketing team and closely collaborate with Sales to drive conversion and commercial impact.

    This is a highly commercial role. Success will be defined by your ability to translate strategy into results, set clear performance expectations, and lead teams against ambitious, data-driven KPIs. You will act as a true business partner to Sales and Commercial Leadership, with shared accountability for pipeline quality, conversion, and revenue outcomes.
    Your Responsibilities MARKETING PLANNINGOwn the international marketing strategy, with clear alignment to commercial and revenue objectivesDefine, implement, and continuously optimize marketing KPIs across regions, including pipeline contribution, lead quality, conversion rates, CAC, ROI, and customer expansionDrive quarterly, monthly, and weekly performance reviews, holding teams accountable to agreed targets and outcomesPartner closely with Sales Leadership to co-own pipeline targets, revenue contribution, and conversion performanceEnsure marketing plans directly support sales priorities, market entry strategies, and growth initiativesLead cross-functional planning to drive demand for VistaJet and XO with both new prospects and existing customers globallyDirect and support market research with internal and external tools, to generate insights that inform commercial decision-making and market prioritization

Your Responsibilities Execute brand communications campaigns, storytelling and communications planning across international markets for the Vista, VistaJet and XO brands;Support Vista Director of Group Communications and Group CMO to drive Vista, VistaJet and XO business goals and brand objectives;Regional PR strategy, management and execution across key markets, in particular the UK, mainland Europe, Middle East, Africa;Support, build and manage overview of PR in APAC markets;Manage and execute other PR and campaign project opportunities in other international markets as they arise and are required;Support Vista Director of Group Communications as needed on Group and global announcements; Support VistaJet and XO partnerships teams to amplify message of key partnerships and activations;Identify, develop and execute regional storytelling calendar to sync with news cycle, media opportunities and business goals; Manage Executive Committee (ExCo) and spokespeople’s profiles and interviews;Uncover and manage key opportunities for brand/spokesperson exposure (such as panel discussions);Build relationships with key journalists by sharing regular business updates, coordinating informational interviews and tactical opportunities;Keep growing Vista’s reputation as the leadier of the industry, ensuring consistency of messaging in press and key long-term touchpoints;Grow the company’s press and influencers network, leading on a new influencer media strategy and plan;Manage Vista PR agencies for international markets, including running weekly meetings and tracking KPIs; Write, manage and distribute press releases and briefings internally and externally;Define clear and tactical timelines and KPIs; Forecast and maintain monthly regional budget for campaigns and PR spend; Collaborate with Vista, VistaJet and XO brand teams to ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels; Build long-term and trusted relationships with stakeholders, employees and brand partners;Copywriting for business, lifestyle and trade stories;Support the Crisis Communications plan;Perform any other tasks reasonably required to be undertaken in accordance with the instructions of the Reporting Manager.
