As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of our fixed network projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and vendors, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage design, planning, installation and maintenance of civil works, cable Laying and associated works for deploying long Haul, FTTH/FTTX, FDH, Inside Plant (ISP) and Outside Plant (OSP) for all fixed network projects.Implementation of all projects SOW, SLA, KPIs and preparation and implementation of Resources Plan, budget, business plan, Project implementation plans, risk assessment, plans, contingencies and projects delivery plans.lead Project Management Department and ensure proper planning, implementation, monitoring and successful delivery of projects upto client expectations.Administers the project plan and ensures delivery of multiple FTTP projects to time, cost and quality in a safe and compliant way.Client management - including Tier 1 Contractors, Local AuthoritiesDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgetsIdentify project risks and develop mitigation strategiesCommunicate project progress and updates to stakeholdersManage project resources, including personnel and equipmentCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are metConduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to management.Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectationsMonitor and track project expenses to ensure they stay within budgetIdentify and resolve any project issues or conflicts in a timely mannerPrepare and present project reports to management and clientsEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the telecommunications industry within UK.
