Field Engineer Area Covering: South of England Salary: £31,500 As a Field Engineer you will be responsible for assisting in the smooth delivery of Surgery Connect, Surgery Assist, Surgery Insights, and Surgery Intellect powered by Tortus, to the customers' sites (mainly surgeries) around the country. This will include, but is not limited to, installing and setting up hardware. Installing structured cabling, fault finding and assisting surgery staff in setting up PCs, etc. Key Tasks: Installation of new CAT5e cabling and enhancing the existing data cabling infrastructure, including installation of trunking. Conduct site surveys in surgery environments and provide detailed reports with your findings Installation and configuration of VoIP phones/Phonebar/switches/routers as well as WIFI systems to existing or new structured cabling within a surgery environment. On-site customer support, to give demonstrations and ad hoc training at Go-Lives. Troubleshooting a range of issues, investigating, diagnosing faults, and working through to resolution. To keep up to date with X-on Healths emerging product range and its functionality.
