    About the Role
    A well-established structural steel fabrication company is looking to recruit an experienced Paint Sprayer to join its production team. You will be responsible for finishing fabricated steelwork components to a high standard using in-house spray-painting and shot-blasting facilities. This is a hands-on position working in a modern facility equipped with advanced fabrication machinery and overhead cranes.

    Key Responsibilities
    * Apply protective and decorative coatings to structural steelwork according to job specifications
    * Safely operate 5-tonne overhead cranes to move steel items for coating and dispatch
    * Prepare steel surfaces using shot-blasting, masking, and degreasing techniques
    * Conduct quality checks to ensure full coverage, correct finish, and specification compliance
    * Assist with early morning and late afternoon loading of articulated lorries when required
    * Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised work environment
    * Adhere to all company health & safety and quality procedures
