The Warehouse Office Administrator will report to the Senior Customer Service Coordinator and work closely with Customer Service Team, Warehouse and Site Operational Teams with general administrative duties to ensure timely and accurate reactions to customer’s enquires and order processing.Monday to Friday 9-5About the job:Maintain and update spreadsheets and records using CRM system and Microsoft OfficeRespond to customer queries, mostly via ticket system and emails, however some telephone and face-to-face communication will be requiredAssist with general office organisation and ensure smooth day to day operationsLiaising with the warehouse team to investigate queries and advise on order updatesAssist with booking deliveries or collections, and communicating with the inbound/dispatch team to facilitate loading / unloading vehiclesGreeting visitors on sitePreparing shipping labels and organising packages for despatchWork with the team to continually improve processes and business performance;Support changes in the role necessary to take the department and business forward; andWork to achieve personal objectives set at appraisal and/or those set monthly or quarterly.Achieve agreed individual objectives; andUnderstand and adhere to all Woodland policies and procedures relevant to the role.About you:Prior experience in administration or customer service role ideally within warehousing or a related fieldStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with warehouse management systems and inventory control softwareDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughnessStrong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressureAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamProven track record of maintaining a professional demeanour when interacting with colleagues, and management.Why you will love working for us:We have a new UK benefits programme based on what our staff asked us for!
