The Role Joining an established London Cost Consultancy team, you will deliver a broad range of pre and post-contract services across both commercial and residential projects. Your responsibilities will include: Contract Administration, with experience of JCT and NEC forms of contract preferred Cost planning and cost management Procurement and tender management Preparation of Schedules of Works and Bills of Quantities Reinstatement Cost Assessments Direct client liaison and project delivery responsibilities Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate This is a hands-on, client-facing position offering a high degree of autonomy, responsibility and exposure to key stakeholders.
