This role is vital in helping us prepare vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring smooth movement, security, and efficiency across our preparation operation.
    The RoleAs a Compound Assistant, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our vehicle compound, supporting the preparation team and helping ensure vehicles are ready on time and to standard.
    Key ResponsibilitiesManage the movement of inbound and outbound new and used vehicles arriving and leaving site via transporterEnsure vehicles are parked correctly and safely within the compoundCheck vehicles for any transport damage and accurately document any issuesAssist with the movement of vehicles around the site to maximise technician productivityCarry out battery checks on new and used stock vehicles within manufacturer timescales, with training and support providedEnsure vehicle keys and security are maintained in line with Group Policy, using the onsite Traka key systemFit number plates to outgoing vehicles when requiredCollect parts and deliver vehicles to subcontract repairers to support preparation turnaround timesSupport the general organisation, welfare, and efficient use of the compound and site areas

    In support of exciting ongoing growth objectives for our MINI Sales operation, we are looking to appoint an additional MINI Sales Executive. 
    Joining a dedicated retail sales team in one of the biggest, newest, and most exciting dealerships from which to operate in the UK, this role will work alongside MINI as well as BMW sales colleagues, supported by a Business Management team, and report into the MINI Sales Manager.
    The role has primary responsibility for the sale of New and Young Used MINI vehicles through MINI UK's recently implemented agency sales model, supplemented by traditional Used car sales according to the needs and demands of the customer. Leads need to be generated through outbound prospecting activity to supplement significant enquiry levels through our online and physical presence in the marketplace.
    A strong track record of success in a multi-faceted B2C, fast-paced sales environment is a pre-requisite for this position. Experience in retail automotive sales would be a distinct advantage.
