    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex automated baggage handling system (BHS) capital projects at London Heathrow Airport (LHR). The successful candidate will be responsible for full project lifecycle management – from planning and design coordination to execution, commissioning, and handover – ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in full compliance with NEC3 Option A contractual obligations.This is a hands-on site-based role requiring approximately 80% presence at Heathrow and 20% remote work.RequirementsKey Responsibilities· Lead the delivery of automated baggage handling system capital projects valued between £5–10 million.· Manage the full project lifecycle under NEC3 Option A contracts.· Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including design, engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning.· Serve as the main interface between Wise Technical Ltd, airport and client stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors.· Monitor project progress, cost control, risk management, and quality assurance.· Manage contract administration, early warnings, and compensation events in accordance with NEC3 requirements.· Ensure compliance with all airport safety, security, and operational protocols.· Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.· Drive a culture of collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement on site.
