The successful Primary Teacher must:Hold QTS statusHave previous experience within primary school environment, in particular KS1Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skillsForm excellent relationships with the school team and pupil parentsShow strong resilience and patience

Job DescriptionAre you an experienced Science Teacher looking for work in Staffordshire?Winner Education are seeking a Science Teacher for a secondary school in Lichfield, Staffordshire. This role is due to start in immediately on a full-time basis and will be long term with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. You must have previous experience in teaching science with a specialism in physics, in particular up to A-Level.
Roles and Responsibilities:Work alongside the Curriculum Lead to ensure the curriculum is up to date and meets the needs of the studentsAdapt lessons to suit the needs of childrenCreate a stimulating learning environmentSupport KS4 and KS5 pupilsConduct assessments and progress reports for individual pupilsProvide additional revision and focus sessions for studentsEnsure pupils are meeting set targetsProduce interactive and engaging lesson plans to deliver to the leanersSupport pupils with additional GCSE and A-Level supportAttend parents evenings when required
The successful Science Teacher must:Support students with the transition of the next stage of their education or trainingHave previous experience working in a secondary schoolHold a QTS or degree within scienceHave previous experience of teaching PhysicsDemonstrate excellent knowledge and understanding of the national curriculumHave strong resilience and patienceBe a great team-player and form good relationships within the school environmentGood classroom and behaviour management
