What Youll Do Deliver engaging and inclusive Pathways programmes that support learners with a range of educational and additional support needs Plan and deliver personalised learning activities that develop independence, communication, employability, life skills, and social development Support learners to achieve individual targets and recognised qualifications where appropriate Create a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment that promotes confidence and progression Work collaboratively with support staff, parents/carers, and external agencies to maximise learner outcomes Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety, equality, diversity, and professional practice What Youll Bring A relevant qualification at Level 3 or above in Education, SEND, Health & Social Care or a related subject, Supported Learning, or a related subject area Experience working with young people and/or adults with additional learning needs, SEND, EHCPs, or barriers to learning Strong communication, organisational, and learner-support skills A commitment to inclusive education and learner-centred approaches Teaching qualifications are welcomed but not essential ?
