Perform planned and reactive maintenance activities. Provide technical support to maintenance technicians. Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults. Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures. Support continuous improvement and maintain strong customer relationships. Requirements: NVQ Level 3, ONC, or Full BTEC in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. Apprenticeship trained. Experience with automated systems, including conveyors, cranes, sortation, or hanging garment equipment. Knowledge of PLCs, control systems, WCS/WMS, and CMMS. Strong fault-finding, communication, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work effectively within a team.
