    The Marketing Executive supports the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns and global event activations across the 50 Best brand, including Restaurants, Bars, Hotels, Vineyards and Discovery.
    The role plays a crucial part in coordinating marketing activities, managing creative asset production, supporting vendor relationships, gathering performance insights and ensuring all campaigns are delivered efficiently, accurately and on brand. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated marketer looking to grow within a world-leading hospitality organisation.
    What you'll be doing:
    Assisting in implementing and tracking event marketing plansManaging production, briefing, and review of marketing and social media assets.Supporting planning and execution of consumer event campaigns.Contributing to campaign development and managing timelines and deliverables.Drafting and fact-checking promotional materials including emails, web pages, and banners.Prepare briefs and coordinate with external vendors (e.g., video production, promotional materials).Collecting and analyse results from marketing activities to produce impact reports and post-event analyses.Maintaining marketing records, updating budgets, and managing invoice distribution.
    What you'll need:
    Strong marketing experience, preferably in global brands or sectors such as luxury, media, hospitality, or events.Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.Effective time management and multitasking under tight deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google or Adobe Analytics, Meta Ads Manager is essential. Experience or familiar with Mailchimp, SurveyMonkey, Monday.com or Zapier would be beneficial.Detail-oriented, responsible, and organised.A passion for the restaurant, bar, and hotel industry.Language skills (valuable but not essential).

    We have an exciting opportunity for a Subscriptions Marketing Manager to join our team, developing high performing subscription marketing campaigns.
    What you'll be doing:Planning and implementing effective, targeted integrated marketing campaigns that drive leads and gain subscribers. Utilising the full suite of marketing channels including social media, email marketing, websites, paid media, partnerships etc.Project managing the creation of a suite of marketing collateral, including digital, print and video assets. Actively monitoring the brand identity and tone of voice, curating and creating copy, and briefing collateral into internal design teams and/ or external service providers.Working with the Subscriptions Analysis and Development Manager to develop responsive onsite messaging to engage and convert traffic effectively.Tracking, monitoring and assessing performance of all marketing activities; developing and maintaining full campaign reporting with ROI and other KPIs.Working with the email campaign platform to execute digital marketing campaigns, as well as working with data and segmenting with appropriate messaging to maximise conversion.Contributing to the growth of data and ensuring full demographic breakdowns are achieved to enable segmented and targeted promotions across the database for events and commercial.Developing and optimising the funnel journey to maximise conversion and manage reengagement techniques, as well as developing online entry points to attract new customers, leading to conversion.Working on Salesforce and Pardot to maximise corporate subscriber growth.Allocating spending and resources that will generate the best ROI, whilst carefully managing costs to ensure profit targets are also met.Managing relationships with agents, agencies, and designers.Collaborating across the brand and with other departments such as editorial, digital development and commercial teams to ensure the maximum levels of cross promotion within William Reed is achieved. Working particularly closely with ad ops to develop highly targeted and responsive onsite messaging.Researching new digital marketing techniques and technologies and advise on best practice and KPIs.Attending brand and company events when necessary to promote subscriptions.
    What you'll need:Strong marketing experience, preferably with direct exposure to marketing digital subscription products (eg Business Information, SaaS, Enterprise licences)Understanding of content marketing and how it can be utilised to drive leads, and direct sales conversions.Knowledge of subscription models.Ready to collaborate within a team, experiment with new ideas, and drive impactful results through innovation and creativity.Experienced in working within a results-driven environment, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical skills and use of excel/data packages.Extremely well organised and able to manage and prioritise a diverse and sometimes time-pressured workload.Skilled at networking with peers and managing cross-functional relationships to support business objectives.Experience with the following programmes is an advantage: Piano, Pardot, Salesforce.Experience of marketing automation an advantage.Experience of international subscription marketing and laws an advantage.Willingness to travel to events when required.
