    We’re working with a growing business to find an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support sales, customer service, and order management across multiple projects. This is a busy, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys keeping things moving, juggling priorities, and working closely with both internal teams and external suppliers.
    The role
    You’ll be responsible for managing sales orders from start to finish, coordinating suppliers and deliveries, and supporting the sales team with quotations and project administration. Accuracy, communication, and follow‑through are key.
    Key responsibilities

    Processing and managing sales orders, including product and cost validation
    Coordinating supplier orders, deliveries, invoicing, and payment queries
    Maintaining live quoting schedules and project documentation
    Supporting the sales team with quotations, pricing checks, and supporting materials
    Liaising with customers to resolve queries and provide updates
    Managing non‑conformities related to orders and seeing them through to resolution
    Keeping supplier and project records accurate and up to date
    Providing general customer service support, including handling enquiries and calls
