This is a remote position.White Raven Resourcing Ltd, acting as a recruitment agency, is hiring on behalf of our client, a recognised leader in the Automotive Warranty sector.
Reporting to the Senior Partnership Manager, this role is focused on growing the dealer network, policy volumes, and gross written premium. You will be responsible for new business acquisition through proactive prospecting of automotive dealers that are not currently offering warranty products. Working closely with the wider Account Management team, you will ensure a smooth onboarding process before account handover.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth
Grow warranty policy volumes, gross written premium, and dealer account numbers in line with agreed targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintaining a strategic target log aligned with line manager objectives.
Manage new leads with a fast, end-to-end approach from initial contact to onboarding
Reporting & CRM Management
Maintain daily and accurate use of CRM systems, logging all communications and scheduling follow-up actions
Report against core KPIs for your assigned area
Forecast sales performance and identify rectification plans where required
Use data insights to identify wider brand and cross-sell opportunities
Cost Control & Risk Management
Ensure all signed dealers are fully qualified and assessed to minimise risk of non-performance.
Operate strictly within delegated authority levels
Relationship Management
Conduct regular dealer performance reviews, ideally face-to-face, agreeing improvement plans where required
Deliver structured handovers to the Account Management team
Deploy dealer training where appropriate
Dealer Management & Support
Provide dealer training on systems and warranty products as needed
Ensure the full 12-week onboarding process is followed for each new dealer.
Manage dealer debt in collaboration with the Finance team
Resolve dealer issues promptly, ensuring clear communication and documented outcomes
Ensure dealers are using the full range of approved digital assets and that warranty content remains up to date.
Monitor compliance with brand guidelines and take swift action where breaches occur.
Deliver outstanding, proactive customer service across your dealer portfolio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with internal automotive marketplace teams to maximise mutual opportunities
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. Claims, Sales Support, Finance) to deliver best-in-class service
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to support future opportunities.
Regularly review area KPIs including new business development, average monthly policy volumes, and dealer loyalty
Monitor dealer performance metrics such as burn rates, implementing corrective actions where required
Act as the internal advocate for dealer and customer feedback

Qualifications
Higher education qualification and/or demonstrable experience in a similar commercial or automotive role
Essential Skills
Proven experience in new business acquisition
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident CRM user with excellent record-keeping discipline
Ability to build quickly and maintain professional relationships
