    Requirements
    The Role

    You will support the firm’s day-to-day financial operations, working closely with internal teams to ensure accounts processes are accurate, efficient, and compliant. Full training can be provided on firm-specific procedures.

    Key Responsibilities
    Processing receipts and payments
    Managing client and office account transactions
    Handling bank reconciliations and daily banking
    Posting bills, transfers, and financial adjustments
    Maintaining purchase and sales ledgers
    Assisting with month-end and year-end processes
    Supporting audits and general accounts administration

    About You
    Proven experience working within an accounts or finance department
    Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
    Confident using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
    Well organised with the ability to manage deadlines
    Professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
    Previous legal sector experience is advantageous but not essential.

    The Role
    Based in the client’s Cheadle offices three days per week (with two days working remotely), you will play a key role in strengthening broker partnerships and maximising account performance.
