The architectural designer will aid in the creation of vibrant co-working environments, collaborative spaces, and special projects. The successful candidate will be involved in a rapid project schedule that requires organization, tenacity, and the ability to work with others and report into the London Design Studio Senior Manager. Periodic travel may be required and portfolios must be submitted for consideration. ResponsibilitiesManage projects independently, including establishing own timelines, sticking to deadlines, and managing own workload. Space Planning: For each project, identify and arrange the functional requirements, high-level programming, code analysis, and space planning. Produce all design and handoff packages using Revit, including programming, layout, AoR and GC handoff, and stakeholder-related deliverables.Design Deliverables: Produce complete design packages, including interior design drawings, lighting strategy, joinery and FF&E specifications, technical drawings, and AoR and GC coordination.Member’s Support: Manage the relationship and the design deliverables for Configured Member Projects throughout the presales process. The Senior Payroll Manager will lead the delivery of payroll services in a combination of EMEA and Pacific countries in a managed payroll solution with CloudPay through strong partnership with their payroll service providers to deliver high service levels to employees, statutory compliance and effective cost management of the function. They will be responsible for working with the International Payroll Manager and the Global Head of Payroll to manage the day-to-day operations for delivery of payroll services. Specific Key Job ResponsibilitiesAssist Global Head of Payroll in executing the processes and managing the controls needed to operate effectively while managing risk. This position will be responsible for coordinating payroll for some of our EMEA and Pacific countries. The successful candidate needs to have experience in processing multi-country payrolls in a managed payroll solution. They must be able to build productive working relationships with their manager, other global team members and key partners, such as People Operations, Legal and Finance, in order to be successful in their role. They must also be able to work independently as well as within a team, to manage their countries’ data inputs and to perform the SOX controls defined by the Payroll leadership. You will mainly focus on supporting the EMEA region team and will also coordinate with the Global People Team to ensure that there is consistent, coherent delivery across the region.Responsibilities Provide day-to-day People operations support including troubleshooting issues (full employee lifecycle) Perform HR data analysis upon request Perform operational duties required to keep the process running consistently Work with the global and local team for People projects implementation, testing, documentation, training, user adoption and change management Monitors the effectiveness (accuracy and completeness) of employee data management and ensures issues are resolved through HR ticketing system while meeting appropriate SLA’s Facilitate and manages end-to-end Onboarding process and Day 1 readiness for new hires Maintain all employee-related documents in accordance with the minimum requirements of EMEA country regulation Support on HR documents upon employee request (separation agreements, employment verifications, etc) Support on employee benefits program (UK Ticket Loans, Meal Vouchers, France Provoyance, etc) Support the Payroll Team with all payroll-related issues and the annual year-end tax return process Work closely with cross-functional teams to diagnose process challenges and design effective solutions Comfortable and familiar with local labor law changes and market practices for EMEARequirements and Qualifications A Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a solid HR operations in a dynamic, hyper growth environment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Team player and highly collaborative Willingness to roll your sleeves up and get involved Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility Accurate and extremely detail-oriented Experience working for a sizeable global company Experience in using HR systems required, Workday system knowledge will be a huge plus!
