Due to ongoing project demand and expansion, we are looking to on-board experienced and dedicated Bathroom Fitters to join our growing team. About the Role: As a Bathroom Fitter, you will be responsible for completing bathroom installation and refurbishment projects in domestic properties. You will work across various sites, ensuring all projects are delivered to the highest standards in line with customer specifications and safety guidelines. You will complete tasks such as tiling, plumbing (copper & plastic fittings), carpentry 1st & 2nd fix, plastering, floor preparation & decoration. We're currently offering employed and self-employed roles. Key Responsibilities: Install and refurbish bathrooms in domestic properties, ensuring the highest standard of workmanship. Work closely with the project management team to ensure efficient project delivery. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Manage your workload to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing a professional, clean, and courteous service on-site. Assist with material handling and site preparation as required. Report progress, challenges, and any potential delays to the management team. About you: Requirements: Proven experience in bathroom fitting and installations. Skilled in
plumbing, tiling, carpentry, plastering, decoration, and a basic understanding of electrics. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently. Full UK driving license (due to travel between sites). Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively. Enthusiastic and driven attitude toward continuous professional development. About the Role: We have an opportunity for an experienced and capable Project Manager to join our growing business. Your place of work will be the Westone Housing Headquarters but you will be required to attend sites within its operating territory. The primary role of the Project Manager is to ensure the ongoing projects are run efficiently and profitably. Working within our Insurance Projects Department the Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing varying sized Commercial, Residential and Industrial projects of a construction or refurbishment nature on a daily basis. You will need to ensure contractual conditions are being followed, the most critical, being that all work is completed to a high standard in a safe working environment within the programme and to the total satisfaction of the client. Customer and Client focus being key to success. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Project management of a project from inception to completion Recruiting new tradesmen to help facilitate your pipeline of project Help define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders Support the development of full-scale project plans and associated communications documents Ensuring project compliance to CDM Regs Monitoring performance to meet KPI's Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis Complete site surveys & designing plans to meet recommendations Estimating Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary Raise & submit change orders for projects to clients Complete client facing meetings, presenting performance data About you: Qualifications and Skills: Experience of contract/project management and building/quantity surveying Possess good leadership ability and work well as part of a team Self-motivated, proactive with positive can-do attitude. Highly organised and excellent communicator.
