    If you are passionate about creating clean and welcoming environments join us as a Cleaner, and help us maintain safe, hygienic, and pleasant spaces for our staff, volunteers, and visitors. What you will be doing: Working 12.5 hours per week across weekday evenings, your responsibilities will include: Cleaning floors, surfaces, communal areas, toilets, and kitchenettes Emptying waste bins and ensuring hygiene supplies are replenished Reporting any damage or maintenance issues Following health and safety procedures, including COSHH Maintaining cleaning logs and communicating with site staff as needed For more information, please read the Job Description. What we are looking for: We will be shortlisting on the following criteria: Previous experience in cleaning (commercial, domestic, or industrial) Strong attention to detail and time management skills Basic understanding of health and safety procedures Ability to work alone or as part of a team Flexibility to cover absence and occasional extra hours COSHH training is desirable, but we’re happy to provide this if needed.     About the role:We are looking to recruit a motivated, dynamic and energetic fitness instructor seeking to make a difference by working with people to increase their health, wellbeing, and fitness levels! Our specialised Westbank Gyms accommodate the needs of the local population alongside people who require support and expertise to assist them in overcoming physical challenges and recovery from poor health. Our gym is not a typical gym as we support people recovering from ill health, those with physical limitations as well as people who want to maintain or improve their current fitness and strength. As a Westbank Fitness Instructor: You will be required to provide evidence-based and client-focussed exercise, advice, and assistance to a wide variety of people accessing our health and fitness service at our site in Exminster, and at other possible locations around Devon; You will deliver engaging classes for our service users You will deliver personal training sessions when on shift You will be required to build and maintain positive, motivating relationships with our clients while fostering the inclusive, welcoming environment that is the foundation of everything we do with our customers; You will perform gym inductions for new clients, covering basic equipment usage and health and safety obligations; You will assist clients within the general population with their exercise programmes and by offering advice on the gym floor; You will assist the Gym Manager with admin tasks involving the exercise referral programme, data maintenance and reporting.
