    The Sr
    Specialist - Social Media Marketing will oversee organic social
    channels and be the voice of Wendy's UK across key digital platforms
    (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). This role is responsible for the
    end-to-end management of our social presence, encompassing content strategy,
    trend spotting, creative execution, community engagement, and performance
    analysis, all while upholding the unique Wendy's brand personality and tone of
    voice.



    This
    role will ensure the brand visual standards, character, tone and imagery are
    upheld and maintained across all channels.  
    Responsibilities:Be on the pulse with social trends and cultural moments to generate organic social content that engages our audience and ensures Wendy’s UK relevance in online conversations.Layout the organic social calendar for each month (across all organic channels – particularly Instagram and TikTok) with the support of the International Social Media team. Devise creative ideas for engaging content and own the generation and execution of the content. Lead our social community management approach, determining how best to interact with our community in the right moments to drive maximum engagement. Leverage data-driven insights to inform future social content creation and community management strategies. Lead paid social marketing campaign management working directly with agency partners and external teams to develop and monitor full year-long calendar of activity.
    Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree is required; preference for Advertising, Communications, Marketing/PR.3+ years marketing experience, including an understanding and familiarity with all major social platforms. Demonstrated experience in social media, content creation & community management. Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence others with the ability to contribute to new process development, and develop robust creative deliverable timelines.Experience working at or with a large consumer-facing brand.     The Digital Product Manager for Wendy’s UK works

    solutions. This role will work very closely with the IT, Operations, Brand
    Marketing, Finance and related teams to analyze, document, and improve digital
    platforms, integrations, and workflows as well as support the launch of new
    functionalities and capabilities within the UK market.



    Digital Product Manager will build and maintain the backlog
    of digital enhancements, ensure projects are delivered on-time and budget,
    define technical requirements and use cases. This role partners with
    International product owner across all digital products and sets scope and
    roadmap across platforms such as Kiosk, App, websites, delivery etc.



    A successful candidate in this role will demonstrate strong
    leadership, prioritization, stakeholder management and communication skills to
    consistently deliver outstanding results.Responsibilities:Responsible for market, business case, and competitive analysis related to Wendy’s UK digital products. Leads the design and delivery of digital experiences that are both personal and delightful for our customers. Understands business strategy and clarifies customer objectives. Serve as the subject matter expert for all key digital platforms, ensuring optimal capability, proper functioning, and seamless integrations. Establish and manage stakeholder alignment processes, skillfully balancing competing needs to drive enterprise-best decisions. Ongoing analysis of UK data trends, platform & program performance, and user behavior. Shares regular feedback and follow up with business partners. Establish effective working relationships with business partners. Act as a trusted point of contact and resource for franchisees navigating platform-related questions. Work cross-functionally to ensure business requirements and solution capabilities are effectively matched and implemented. Develops spirit of teamwork and collaboration with clear lines of accountability for key decisions.Loyalty and CRM platform SME – supporting offer building, platform capabilities, data integration flow between platforms.    Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, or related field is required.6+ years of experience working on cross-functional teams with a proven history of achieving business results. 4+ years of experience working with a variety of digital technology, reflected in a thorough understanding of the digital space. Experience in a project manager role for enterprise-wide projects, preferably for a consumer-facing brand. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
