We run campaigns that empower citizens to take action and influence decision-makers at the European level.We're looking for a Campaigns Manager to stay on the pulse of political developments across Europe, seize real-time opportunities to mobilise our community, and turn moments into meaningful, people-powered action. You'll bring innovative digital tactics, data-driven decision-making, and a talent for building strong partnerships. You're a strategic thinker, deeply committed to our values, and skilled at communicating them with passion and clarity.This role works closely with the other Campaigns Managers and in consultation with the Campaigns Management Team (CMT - Campaigns Directors and Executive Director).Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee, European focused campaigns, developing campaigns strategies; using digital and offline tactics that help us engage people and win; being nimble and finding/sensing the line between think and do;Identify, pitch and manage rapid-response campaigns and fundraisers around crises and opportunities for WeMove Europe, ensuring they have a strong theory of change and potential to win and drive significant membership growth, retention and engagementWrite inspiring campaign copy in English (and another language where relevant) for email blasts, social media and website updates.Design and implement tactics to ensure campaigns have real-world impact, and reach audiences beyond our current community Establish and manage campaign related partnerships with WeMove Europe partners and networks to develop and run campaigns withBuild email blasts and digital actions to go to our communityUse digital tools to test and monitor the performance of campaign emails, action pages, and other campaign tools.Coach and support Campaigners on strategies, partnerships, and best practices for digital and offline activitiesOversee campaign processes, performance metrics, running quality assurance of content and data-driven decisionsCoordinate smooth operations across emails, member communications, and fundraising campaigns.Advise the Campaigns Management Team on strategies, launches, and fundraising actions.Bring innovation by tracking trends in online campaigning and translating them into actionable ideas.Modeling and fostering a positive and productive working culture in the Campaigns team. Coaching Campaigners to lead highly engaging and impactful campaigns that build on their skills, motivation and organisational priorities. Providing development-focused feedback where necessary;The WeMove Europe team works in a culture of togetherness and passion for our issues and determination to win, so from time to time, you will be expected to perform activities outside of your normal role.About You - Who are we looking for?We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Campaigns Manager who brings these qualities to the table:You are passionate about empowering people to realize their own power and become agents of change.You understand the power of words and stories to move people, and you can write inspiring, clear, and impactful copy in English.You are data-driven and results-oriented, eager to test, learn, and continuously improve your campaigns.You’re confident with digital tools, online platforms, and new technologies, and curious to explore innovative approaches.You have experience in political or advocacy campaigning (non-partisan), ideally with a digital focus.You bring strong knowledge of the political and social context in your country, and at least some understanding of how the EU system works.You thrive in collaborative, international teams, eager to learn from colleagues and share your own expertise.You are deeply committed to systemic change in Europe, aligned with values of solidarity, sustainability, justice, and democracy.You are fluent in English and willing to travel within Europe when needed.You have previous experience working with NGO'sWhy us?WeMove Europe is an independent and values-based organisation that seeks to build people power to transform Europe in the name of our community, future generations and the planet.
