You’ll work closely with project teams to ensure digital deliverables meet organisational and client expectations, helping embed emerging technologies and data-driven approaches into everyday operations.If you passionate about driving digital transformation in the built environment and are looking for an opportunity to challenge the norm, bring fresh new ideas and elevate yourself within the industry then join us and help to reimagine places for people to thrive.This is a great opportunity to progress your career as part of a talented, diverse, and supportive teamABOUT THE ROLEAs a Digital Technologist, you will:Deliver digital solutions across SES projects, contributing to development, testing, and implementation of technologies.Deploy SES’s Digital Transformation capabilities, including Common Data Environments (CDEs), workflow tools, automation routines, and structured data management.Support immersive technologies such as VR, AR, MR, and 4D/5D simulations to enhance project insight and stakeholder engagement.Collaborate with project teams to integrate digital tools and workflows effectively across disciplines.Track performance and engagement, using dashboards and structured reporting to monitor progress.Champion SES’s Digital First strategy, supporting continuous improvement and innovation.Maintain continuity of digital solutions throughout project phases, from preconstruction to handover.Contribute to smart building technologies, including sensor networks and performance analytics for data-rich environments.What We’re Looking For:Solid understanding of digital construction and engineering technologies, including BIM workflows.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated experience in delivering digital solutions by applying agile development methodologies, including proficiency in crafting user stories, supporting sprint delivery, and implementing user testing practices.Experience using Morta or comparable low-code platforms to implement digital workflows.Experienced in designing and developing business applications with MS Power Apps.Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem, including delivering data products with Power BI services.Foundational knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives utilizing Microsoft Power Automate.Basic coding or scripting skills (e.g., Python, C#, JavaScript) and experience with APIs.Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.Skilled in developing robust business cases that include baseline benefit positions, projected financial returns (ROI), and non-cashable (cost avoidance) outcomes.Why Join Us?
