    Hospitality Sales Manager
    Are you a commercially driven sales leader with a passion for live sport and premium hospitality? We're looking for a Hospitality Sales Manager to lead and grow our domestic hospitality business at Edgbaston Cricket Ground. In this role, you'll take ownership of hospitality sales across our major competitions, manage and motivate a high-performing sales team, and build strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
    You'll play a hands-on role in driving revenue, managing sales pipelines and forecasting through CRM, and developing market-leading hospitality products, including GA+, Business Club and membership offerings. Working closely with ticketing, marketing, operations and catering teams, you'll also take a senior on-site role on matchdays, ensuring an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced live environment.
