    Job Description

    Our Crick site have an exciting opportunity for a Stock and Systems Administrator to join our friendly team on a full time permanent basis. Reporting to the Stock and Systems Supervisor, the Stock and Systems Administrator will support the operation in the efficient handling of all administrative processes and procedures supporting the Warehouse and Customer.Working hours: Any 5 in 7 days, 8am-5pm. Salary: £29,155 per annum. Key Duties of a Stock and Systems Administrator:Maintain existing customer relationships with regards to the processing of customer orders, forms and quotes.Respond to a wide range of customer queries promptly, providing solutions where possible or escalating to Operations Supervisor as required.Ensure customer & supplier information is kept up to date on the WMS system.Communicating with customers via a variety of channels, including phone, email in an appropriate, professional manner.Liaising with relevant departments – internal/external.Update internal WMS system with account changes and notes.Cross-checking supplier activity against bookings.Liaise with suppliers and internal departments for lead time updates for orders.Notify management of any non-compliant issues as they arise.May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications

    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills.Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.PC literate and experience in MS Excel.Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions.Pro-active and adaptable approach.Self-starter, ability to work using own initiative.Able to manage own work load effectively and prioritise.Excellent customer service skills.

    Our Crick site have an exciting opportunity for an Export Administrator to join our friendly team on a full time permanent basis. As an Export Administrator you will be responsible for processing and progressing all orders from preliminary documentation through to delivery and acceptance by the customer, together with all licence/export documentation and invoicing. Ensuring that high levels of productivity, attendance and customer satisfaction are maintained at all times.Working hours: 4 on 4 off, 6am-6pm.Salary: £28,650 per annum. Key Duties of an Export Administrator:Preparing export quotations accurately and in a timely manner.Dealing with all Distributor’s and Customer’s enquiries in a timely and professional manner.Arranging transport delivery and monitoring all shipments.Preparing and reviewing all shipping documentation for export.Liaising with the warehouse to check stock availability and order fulfilment.Providing aftersales support to customers.Handling customer's enquiries/queries/order updates via telephone and email.Produce all necessary transport documents.Complete Export Customs declarations.Liaising extensively with clients and building successful long term business relationships.Liaising with warehouse, transport staff, and customers to maintain accurate stock records.
    Qualifications

    Previous experience of working in Export and a high-level Administrative role.The ability to prioritise workload without supervision.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Outstanding Customer Service skills.Working knowledge of Microsoft suite.Excellent reporting skills.Knowledge of warehouse operations (desirable).

    ​​​​​​Shift: 4ON 4OFF Days - 06:00am-18:00pm. Salary: £32,925 per annum.Effectively leading the site Health & Safety culture as No1 on the agenda. Training all MHE staff to use the FMS system (Fleet Management System)Completing / supporting site inductions of MHE / Manual Handling for all FTE / Agency staffSupporting the Risk Assessment (RA) / Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) completion with the nominated person/sProviding a consistently high level of technical skills training to support the operations area through a variety of delivery methodsWorking as part of a close team ensuring that that all training is completed and recorded in line with company policyDeveloping a site skills matrix that enables the delivery of all MHE training and that the skill level of all MHE operators is satisfactory and ensure that refresher training is completed within specified time framesActively managing the number of MHE operators to minimise skill fade and risk from inexperienced and infrequent usersEnsuring the on-going competence of all MHE operators through the delivery of refresher training, recorded work place assessments and where appropriate other training following the identification of unsafe practices or following accidents / incidentsAssisting and advising in the investigation of any on-site and MHE related incidents / accidentsMaintaining a proactive approach to ensure continual reduction in risk from MHE operations and where appropriate developing learning from experience briefings to prevent further occurrenceAssisting in the creation of Safe System of Works and suitable and sufficient risk assessments of MHE activitiesEnsuring hazards are correctly identified and control measures introduced to eliminate or reduce the risk as so far as is reasonably practicable and ensuring these are trained out to all relevant staffReviewing the GAP analysis of the safety audits with site management to ensure that all areas are completedLiaising with Operational management to ensure that all site training requirements are covered across all shiftsWorking as part of the Site MHE instructor team in ensuring that that all training is completed and recorded in line with company policyParticipating as an active member of the wider management team and to offer suggestions for solving problems, improving site safetyCompiling all data and information required for the accurate production of KPI and Monthly Reports as required by the Management team.
    Qualifications

    ITSSAR Category 1 Accredited instructor/examiner Licence. Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.Must be a team player who is capable of working on their own initiative.Able to work to tight deadlines.Must be flexible in approach to work and shift patterns in order to cover for training.Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.Excellent time management skills and ability to solve problems.
