Prepare and submit Proposals/Appeals and Check/Challenge/Appeal (CCA) cases, including reasoned valuation arguments. Analyse rental evidence, cost data, tone lists, and comparable assessments to support valuation strategy. Support senior colleagues on complex, high‑profile, or portfolio‑wide instructions , including large occupier portfolios. Attend and contribute to client meetings , providing clear and commercially focused advice. Liaise professionally with Assessors, the Valuation Office Agency, and Local Authority Rates Teams . Maintain high standards of file management, compliance, and documentation . Contribute to sector research , knowledge sharing, and the continuous development of internal databases.
