About the Role We are currently seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high performance across all shifts. Responsibilities: Overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of warehouse operatives Managing inbound and outbound goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Monitoring picking, packing, and dispatch processes to meet delivery schedules Maintaining stock accuracy and overseeing stock control processes Experience required: Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role Strong leadership and team management skills Experience with picking, packing, and stock control systems Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines We can provide you with great career progression opportunities and industry-leading training.
