Supporting six adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy and physical disabilities, the home has a genuine family feel where relationships, individuality and quality of life are at the centre of everything we do. The service is a beautiful, welcoming home with spacious communal areas and a stunning garden, creating a warm and relaxed environment for both the people we support and the team. The people we support enjoy living active and fulfilling lives, regularly accessing local parks, cafés, community facilities and social activities, while also enjoying cooking, games and shared activities together at home. The team are passionate about the people they support and have built strong, long-standing relationships within the home. This is a service full of potential, and we're looking for a manager who can bring fresh ideas, visible leadership and energy to help take the service to the next level. The Role Our Registered Service Manager will work alongside local authorities, healthcare professionals and families, whilst leading a dedicated team to ensure the people we support achieve positive outcomes, greater independence and live fulfilled lives.
