Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay at the forefront of advancements in optometry. Support the delivery of patient education on eye health and post-operative care. Team Development: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including ophthalmologists and other eye care professionals, to ensure optimal patient care. Collaborate with team members to improve clinic workflows and ensure an excellent patient experience. Actively engage in clinical discussions, sharing expertise and knowledge to enhance team performance. Participate in professional development opportunities, including mentorship and training, to enhance your clinical skills and support the development of others. About You: We are looking for an Optometrist who: Is a fully qualified Optometrist registered with the General Optical Council (GOC). Has experience in providing comprehensive eye examinations and pre/post-operative care. Is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and delivering a positive patient experience. Is eager to work in a dynamic, team-based environment and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Has strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Is committed to continuing professional development (CPD) and keeping up with the latest advancements in the field of optometry.
