Dispensing Manager (DO) - Independent Opticians Practice Location: 20 minutes by train from Edinburgh / 35 minutes from Glasgow

As Dispensing Manager, you will: Lead the dispensing side of the business, focusing on high-end, independent frames and premium lenses from renowned manufacturers in Germany and Japan. Take responsibility for driving growth in the dispensing side of the practice, with a commercial focus to increase revenue and performance. Collaborate closely with an experienced team to ensure excellent customer care and professional dispensing standards. Play a key role in the business's long-term success, with the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as part of the director's succession plan. What We're Looking For
We're seeking a Dispensing Optician who is: Passionate about high-quality dispensing and independent eyewear. Commercially-minded with a strong desire to contribute to the growth of the business. Experienced in managing the dispensing side of an opticians practice, with a focus on both quality and service.
