The Role As a Bid Writer / Bid Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the tendering process, ensuring high-quality, compliant submissions are produced within strict deadlines.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating multiple live bids, managing up to five tenders simultaneously.
Preparing, reviewing and submitting high-quality bid documentation.
Managing tender documentation and maintaining accurate document control.
Uploading and submitting tenders via a range of online procurement portals.
Liaising with internal departments to gather information for submissions.
Ensuring all bids are completed accurately and submitted on time.
Maintaining bid libraries and supporting continuous improvements to bid processes.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Bid Writer, Bid Coordinator or in a similar bid support role.
Experience working for a main contractor within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of online tender portals and electronic tender submissions.
Excellent document management and organisational skills.
The ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise a busy workload.
Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
A proactive approach with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
