    You'll be leading a skilled and experienced team, making this an ideal role for someone ready for their first store management position in optical retail.
    As Store Manager, you'll inspire and engage your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive performance, and uphold the Vision Express brand. You'll also be hands-on on the shop floor, supporting your team and making sure every customer leaves feeling valued and cared for.

This includes managing your colleagues in store, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and meeting sales targets. You'll also handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
    You'll also manage the recruitment for your store with the support of your peers, including your Regional Manager and our Store Support Centre colleagues.
