We're seeking a sales-driven retail manager with strong commercial skills and proven experience in retail management, ideally in optical or high-demand customer-facing settings. You'll lead the team to deliver exceptional patient care, drive sales performance, maximise conversion, and maintain high clinical and operational standards.
