This person will report directly to the Head of Marketing Services Business Strategy and Ops. Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesDevelop frameworks for Marketing Services target setting and reporting across all Marketing Service lines and oversee implementation in close partnership with Finance, proactively reporting on sales pipelines and client activity, and delivering any other custom analyses as requiredBuild and maintain a robust tracking mechanism to understand asset inventories across the Marketing Services business and sell-in status by client.Design a pricing methodology to be leveraged across assets to ensure we’re pricing consistently with clear margin targets by project/asset typeDesign, implement, and optimize asset resale models for all assets/capabilities to ensure maximum utilization of assets partnering with functions such as Brand, Sponsorship & Partnerships and B2B Marketing teams,Represent Marketing Services’ interests in the exploration of new commercial opportunities, assess client demand/subsequent revenue potential for new revenue streams and support commercialization of these new capabilitiesDevelop best-in-class Marketing Services sales materials to support the robust sell-in of our service lines with clients across Europe and a library of case studies to promote knowledge sharing and reapplication across the Marketing Services organizationPartner with Finance and Regional Leaders to advance Marketing Service’s 3-year growth strategy and extend to a 2030 view, coupled with robust financial modeling and identification of clear building blocks that drive growth.Support ongoing operations across key cross-functional and cross-geography touchpoints, including regular meetings with our Cluster Marketing Services Leads, Finance partners, and more This is a hybrid position.     Qualifications

    - Significant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
    • Background in Marketing and Partnerships is preferred
    • Understanding of the Marketing Services business and operating model is strongly preferred
    • Exceptionally strong financial acumen with ability to structure and analyze financial models. P&L understanding is a must.
    • Organized with strong attention to detail and quick follow through.
    • Proven track record of success independently driving large, complex programs of work.
    • Creative thinker with a results orientation who approaches challenges with thoughtfulness, drive, and appropriate urgency.
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) including an ability to succinctly synthesize complexity and influence senior audiences.
