    NIS Compliance Analyst – Southampton – Outside of IR35 Our client is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Compliance Analyst to join their team and take a hands-on role in delivering their NIS compliance programme. With the overall NIS strategy already established, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving its implementation, coordinating compliance activities, engaging with key stakeholders, and ensuring that operational controls are effectively embedded across the business. Skills & Experience from the NIS Compliance Analyst: Experience delivering or supporting NIS compliance programmes within regulated environments. Hands-on experience implementing Governance, risk and compliance (GRC) controls and compliance frameworks. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills. Experience producing compliance policies, procedures, and audit evidence. Ability to manage multiple compliance workstreams and priorities. Knowledge of the Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF) is desirable. Experience with ISO 27001 and its alignment to NIS requirements. Responsibilities of the NIS Compliance Analyst: Drive the implementation of NIS compliance activities across the organisation. Take ownership of action plans, ensuring tasks are completed and compliance milestones are achieved. Engage with technical teams, business units and key stakeholders to gather evidence and ensure actions are delivered. Implement and maintain administrative, governance and security controls required for NIS compliance. Coordinate activities across multiple departments to ensure compliance requirements are met. Ensure documentation, policies, procedures and evidence are maintained to support compliance. Work closely with the existing NIS lead, translating strategic objectives into practical deliverables. As part of the CIO function, they are looking for an experienced Head of PMO to oversee governance, financial management, resource planning, reporting and assurance across a complex portfolio of technology change. Working closely with Programme Directors and senior technology stakeholders, you will drive consistency across the portfolio, providing executive-level insight, challenge and governance to support the successful delivery of strategic technology programmes within a fast-paced enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities of the Head of PMO: Lead the PMO function across a complex portfolio of technology programmes, driving consistency, governance and delivery oversight. Provide executive-level reporting and portfolio insight, ensuring senior stakeholders have an accurate view of programme health, risks, dependencies, financial performance and delivery status. Oversee portfolio governance, challenging delivery teams where required to improve quality, consistency and decision-making. Key Experience Required of the Head of PMO: Proven experience leading a PMO across large, complex technology portfolios with annual budgets of £20m+. Experience operating within a CIO or enterprise technology environment, supporting multiple programmes and senior stakeholders. Strong financial management experience including portfolio budgeting, forecasting and reporting. Demonstrable experience producing executive-level reporting and presenting meaningful management information to senior stakeholders. Strong understanding of portfolio governance, risk, issue, dependency and change management. Experience working across multiple concurrent technology or infrastructure transformation programmes. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence and gravitas to influence and challenge senior leadership. Experience leading PMO teams or communities of practice, driving consistency across portfolio delivery. Previous experience within financial services or other highly regulated environments would be advantageous.
