    DescriptionAbout the team:
At Vintage Cash Cow, technology is how we scale impact. From the moment a customer sends us their pre-loved items, to processing and pricing each box, through to re-commercing items across our marketplace channels—every step is powered by the systems we design, the products we build, and the data we unlock.
Our Technology, Product & Data team supports both our customers and the internal teams who make everything happen. We build the tools that keep boxes moving, items priced, stock managed, and sales flowing.
This is a team where curiosity meets craft: blending creativity, technical excellence, and a product mindset to deliver solutions that simplify complexity, drive operational excellence, and support our growth.
    About the role:
As a Product Manager, you will own and drive the strategy for our  internal products and services that power our business operations. This includes logistics applications, operational tools, third-party integrations, and platforms that enable our teams to work efficiently and effectively.
This role requires a blend of technical understanding and core product management skills to translate business needs into well-defined solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders across operations, technology, and commercial teams to identify opportunities, prioritise initiatives, and deliver measurable improvements.
Working across all VCC brands, you will be data-focused when identifying opportunities for growth and evidence-based when setting, prioritising, and validating initiatives to deliver quantifiable business outcomes. This role will require you to work from the Leeds offices or warehouse regularly. This role will require you to travel to our European location and other International locations as we scale.
You'll thrive in this role if you're energised by experimentation—testing assumptions, learning fast, and iterating based on real data. We don't expect perfection the first time; we expect curiosity, a willingness to try new approaches, and the resilience to learn from what doesn't work._________________________________________________________________________________________
What we are looking for is someone who… Asks "what if?" and "how might we?" rather than accepting things as they are. Would rather test an idea quickly and learn than spend months perfecting a plan. Gets excited by uncertainty and uses curiosity to navigate it. Brings evidence to conversations, not just opinions.

Getting Started... Familiarise yourself with VCC’s current products, platforms and business objectives.  Build relationships with key stakeholders across operations, logistics, finance, commercial, and marketplace teams to understand pain points and opportunities. Gain insight into how internal tools and third-party integrations support the end-to-end box journey—from customer sign up through to re-commerce. Embrace our test-and-learn culture—start forming hypotheses and running small experiments early.
Establishing Your Impact… Develop and familiarise yourself with product analytics to identify key problem areas and opportunities for change. Build and manage a compelling product roadmap for internal tools and integrations. Contribute to the overarching product vision and strategy. Manage and prioritise the product backlog to deliver high-value benefits for the business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes and drive initiatives from inception to delivery. Design and run experiments to validate product ideas before committing to full builds. Use data to form hypotheses, test assumptions quickly, and iterate based on what you learn. Champion a "fail fast, learn faster" mindset—prioritising learning over perfection.
Driving Excellence… Lead and report on product performance, integration effectiveness, and operational analytics. Facilitate and collate insights from internal users to identify areas of opportunity. Foster a culture of experimentation across the team—encouraging bold ideas, rapid prototyping, and evidence-based decision making. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate, challenge the status quo, and enhance VCC's internal products. Lead by example: propose experiments, share learnings openly, and celebrate what we discover—even when things don't go to plan. Champion Agile methodologies and define clear go-to-market strategies to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesKey Goals & Objectives: Prioritise and deliver initiatives that align with business objectives and customer needs.  Foster strong collaboration between stakeholders and technology teams to ensure successful delivery. Drive measurable improvements in product performance and internal user satisfaction. Embed a culture of experimentation—running regular tests, measuring outcomes, and using insights to drive product decisions.
    Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership… Own internal products and services end-to-end, from discovery through to delivery and continuous improvement. Manage and curate the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and operational needs. Articulate and drive the vision for internal tools and platforms, maximising value delivered to the business. Turn business objectives and operational needs into clear, actionable user stories and deliverables.

What you will build… Own and evolve our ecosystem of internal tools and third-party integrations. Work with our CRM platform (currently HubSpot) to optimise how we manage customer relationships and communications. Evaluate buy vs build decisions for new capabilities, balancing speed to market, cost, and long-term scalability. Support finance, logistics, and operations teams with systems for pricing, box management, process automation and to drive data driven decisions. Partner with commercial and marketplace teams to deliver stock management solutions and selling tools that enable effective re-commerce. Manage and improve courier integrations to support efficient logistics and delivery. Collaborate with engineering to build, maintain, and enhance internal applications that drive efficiency.
Experimentation & Data… Design and execute experiments to validate product hypotheses before investing in full development. Test initiatives that improve operational excellence—finding faster, smarter ways to process boxes and manage items. Identify opportunities to simplify and digitise manual processes, reducing friction for internal teams. Create lightweight prototypes or MVPs to test ideas quickly with internal users. Establish success metrics and measurement frameworks for experiments. Use data and analytics to identify opportunities, measure product performance, and inform decisions.
Stakeholders Collaboration… Work closely with stakeholders in operations, logistics, finance, commercial, and marketplace teams to assess current processes and identify areas for improvement. Gather and analyse feedback from internal users to continuously improve products and services. Facilitate scrum ceremonies and represent the user perspective throughout the product development process. Collaborate with support teams to triage issues and ensure feedback informs product priorities.
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseEssential Skills & Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Product Manager or similar product role. Experience managing internal tools, operational platforms, or B2B products. Understanding of system integrations and APIs, with the ability to work effectively with engineering teams on third-party integrations. Experience using CRM platforms. Proven experience designing and running product experiments, A/B tests, or MVPs to validate ideas. Proven experience managing and articulating key data insights and analytics. Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple teams. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira. Strong commercial acumen with ability to link product decisions to business outcomes.
Desirable Skills: Experience in e-commerce, re-commerce, logistics, or marketplace environments. Experience with A/B testing or experimentation platforms. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice. Vintage Cash Cow and Arcavindi, part of Vintage.com, exist to create a world where everything has value and nothing is wasted, on a global scale.

Together, we form the UK and European operations of the Vintage Group, united by one purpose, one mission, and one set of values.

Vintage Cash Cow is our UK operation and the foundation of our business. It’s where our model was built, tested, and proven, making it easy for customers to sell multiple pre-loved valuables in one simple, trusted journey. Arcavindi is our European operation. Built on the same proven model, it takes what works in the UK and adapts it for new markets across Europe, allowing us to scale our impact internationally.

While our brands reflect different markets, we are one business, working as one team. Our people collaborate across borders, share ownership of outcomes, and bring the same care, fairness, and common sense to everything we do.

Behind the scenes, we are building the world’s largest international trading platform for pre-loved items, powered by expert people, smart data, and a shared belief in the circular economy.

Every item we buy is rehomed, reused, or responsibly recycled — keeping valuable materials in play and out of landfill, and ensuring we always treat customers and their treasures with care and respect. Read Less
