As our Senior Management Accountant, you will be at the heart of our operations in our Warrington hub. You will report directly to the Head of Management Accounting, with a clear line of visibility to the Head of Financial Controls & Reporting.The "bones" of what you will be doing include:Strategic Financial Ownership: Delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely management information while taking ownership of key areas of the hotel P&L.Agile Decision Support: Providing the data-led narratives that allow our leadership to make bold, effective decisions in real-time.Team Evolution: Contributing to a high-performance environment where everyone feels valued and supported. While the junior team currently reports to the Head of Management Accounting, your experience in coaching will be vital as we grow.
Are You One of Us?We are looking for a specific type of professional. If you prefer a slow pace and predictable days, you will not enjoy it here. We need:Qualifications: You are a Qualified CIMA professional or a Part-Qualified Finalist with no more than 18 months remaining to complete your CIMA.Experience: 3+ years of Management Accounting experience is essential.Sector Knowledge: Ideally, you have navigated the hospitality or leisure sector before.Leadership: Experience coaching or mentoring junior management accountants is highly desirable.The ‘Operational’ Approach : A proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment where you are expected to dive into the detail.Presence: North West based with a commitment to 3 days per week at our Warrington Central Office.The Village Perks: What’s In It For You?We are in the people business, and that includes our own team.
