You will approve product batch releases from a quality perspective and define, manage, and implement plans to achieve quality assurance compliance for products and processes. Additionally, you will manage customer complaints, implement corrective and prevent reoccurrence actions, and conduct root cause investigations using established industry-standard methodologies. Preferably, you should have Quality Assurance and auditing experience with systems compliant to AS/EN9100 or IATF16949. You must hold a degree in a relevant Science or Engineering discipline or possess equivalent experience in a related field. Develop and implement engineering standards to reduce risk and improve compliance. Lead root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement preventative measures. Identify and deliver improvements to meet SHE, Quality, Availability, and Cost targets. Manage the design, installation, and commissioning of plant modifications and minor projects. Support relevant capital projects including the integration of new assets into existing processes. Manage the mechanical aspects of the site CMMS.
