Victrex is looking for a Quality Engineer to support the design and development of cutting-edge technologies and products across multiple industries including Aerospace, Automotive, Medical, Energy, Industrial.What You’ll Be Doing:As a Quality Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards from concept to launch. You’ll be responsible for:
Creating, Improving and Implementing Design and Development Documentation aligned with our Quality Management System
Selection and Application of Core Quality Tools and Methodologies (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) to support product and process excellence
Supporting Design Assurance activities including planning, verification, and validation
Creating and implementing inspection strategies for process verification and validation
Identification and Implementation of relevant problem-solving tools and methodologies
Supporting Change Management throughout the Development lifecycle
Collaborating across virtual teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels
What You’ll Bring:
Solid experience applying quality principles, systems, and tools in line with international and regulatory standards
Experience working in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and deliver results
Understanding of risk management methodologies
Qualifications:
Essential: Quality Practitioner Qualification (HND or above or equivalent)
Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a quality-related discipline
Desirable: Experience with quality management systems across industries
